Manisha gives Gerard advice on how to preserve his inner

The whole world knows Gerard Butler thanks to the success
of films like 300 and P.S I Love You. Well, he’s not acting
in a Hindi film, but one of his friend’s is! Apparently
Gerard seeks help from Manisha Koirala when he’s trying
to preserve his knowledge about spiritual healing! Manya
and the Scottish actor met at a university in Chennai
which is popular with international celebs, and aims to
put every individual in touch with faith through spiritual
guidance. Manisha is now heavily into spiritualism, and
gives Gerard advice on how to preserve his inner peace
over the phone! Well, right now you aren’t going to get
any free advice from Manisha, but you will get to see
her in her next release Mehbooba, so….enjoy! |

Four years ago Neha Dhupia sizzled in a film called 'Julie'.
As fate would have it, she snagged a role in Vipul Shah’s
Singh Is Kingg where once again, her character is called
Julie! The Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer will
see Neha in the plum role of a girl whose part of the
gang that Akshay leads. Funnily, the movie’s director
Anees Bazmee initially wanted to call her character something
like Rosy, but Neha suggested Julie, since even today
people in smaller parts of India associate her with that
name. The movie will be out on the 7th of August, and
will have the real life sadarni player a sardarni on screen!

Riya Sen has demanded separate money to promote Sunil
Sodha’s film...
We’ve all heard of people getting paid to act in a movie,
but this is the first time that we at B4U have heard of
a star being paid to promote their own film! Well, that’s
exactly what’s happened with Riya Sen, whose demanded
separate money to promote Sunil Sodha’s forthcoming film
Hum Phir Milein Na Milein. Riya makes a cameo appearance
in the movie which is essentially a launch pad for two
newcomers, and insiders say she was paid a hefty sum to
make the appearance. Now that Hum Phir Milein Na Milein
is ready for release, Riya has asked Sunil for another
hefty sum just to give interviews and bytes regarding
the film. I’ll let you know if Sunil coughs up the cash!

saviour!
Kiran Rao seems to be turning into the official Bollywood
saviour! If you watch B4U regularly you’ll know that she
stepped into the role of an AD on Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s
Dilli 6 when one of the films original assistants had
to rush home. Well, apparently she went ahead and did
the same thing on Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. See, Abbas Tyrewala
and his crew were filming in Mumbai when the film’s chief
AD fell seriously sick, and so Abbas was left in the lurch.
When Kiran heard, she called up Abbas and said that she’d
take the spot till the AD was back, and that’s exactly
what she did. Well, Kiran might be known as a recluse
in Bollywood circles, but people who do know her all love
her, and it’s obvious why! Here’s her pati’s production,

Shahrukh Khan might not be a part of his friend Aziz Mirza’s
Kismat Konnection, but Vidya Balan needed him to help
her romance Shahid Kapoor in the film! Alright, let me
explain that sentence so that it doesn’t sound so naughty!
Apparently Vidya insisted that the Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna
song Mitwa was played every time the unit was canning
a romantic scene, because the track helped her get all
mushy! What’s amazing is that while Vidya had trouble
being lovey-dovey without the gaana, she nailed the scene
in the first take itself when it did play! I guess that’s
just one of the reasons why they call SRK the most influential

Everyone says that Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic is inspired
by Hollywood's children's classic Mary Poppins. Everyone
besides the movie’s director Kunal Kohli that is! According
to him, its essence actually lies in the Bollywood blockbuster
Mr. India! Kunal claims to be a big fan of Shekhar Kapur,
and has watched his 1987 sci-fi film around 200 times,
which it seems in his logic justifies the plot of the
just released Yashraj film! Considering that TPTM is about
four children and their angel nanny, you can’t blame the
junta for saying that Kunal’s bluffing about not copying
the Julie Andrews movie! Think about that while I give
you a peek at the forthcoming Hindi film! |
