In past, we have found that every hit film from Vidya’s bag was released during monsoon as Parineeta, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Bhool Bhulaiyaa,Heyy Babyy etc. All the monsoon related flicks had done rain of cash in producers house.



For convencing the fact, you can take an example of Guru film’s drenched-in-rain scene with Vidya. Thus, though the film was not released in monsoon, the film had a monsoon scene to boost Vidya kismet. You want to see other side of the coin. Thus I have the list of her other flicks like Salaam-E-Ishq, Bhalo Theko (Bengali) and Halla Bol which failed at the box office for a simple and unique reason of not releasing at the monsoon.
Now, Vidya’s Kismat Konnection is getting released during monsoon and thus leaving no room to think of its failure at the box office.
