Currently, this was a birthday party with some difference, considering the fact that it was a Tinsel Town birthday bash but without fights and with patching up of old enemies. Yes, it was Saif Ali Khan’s birthday bash at Four Seasons in Worli on August 16 where the long cold war between Kareena Kapoor and Bipasha Basu seemed to come to an end.

The rift between Bips and Bebo has its roots at the sets of ‘Ajanabee’. It grew stronger as Kareena called John Abraham ‘expressionless’ on Karan Johar ’s show and Bipasha continuing with making an ugly remark (she called Bebo an actress with ‘too many expressions’) about Kareena.

But this time Kareena herself took an initiative and personally invited Bipasha for the party. Bipasha was astonished to hear from Bebo and happily accepted the invitation. At the party, the two girls took no time in breaking the ice and warming up. They simply got chatting.

While the girls went for a friendship day, it was not the same for the guys. Though Saif had invited both Shahrukh and Salman, while SRK attended with wife Gauri, Arbaaz Khan made up for brother Salman’s absence.
