The session Court has issued a notice to Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat and the administration of a five star hotel in an obscene case filed against them.
Additional sessions judge S T Mahajan has directed the Bollywood actor and J W Marriot to file their replies to the notice by October 7.
The notices were sent in an obscenity case filed against Sherawat and J W Marriot by a social worker Vinod Jain.
Jain in his complaint had stated that on December 31, 2006, Sherawat had performed at the hotel in meager attire.
According to the complainant, Mallika Sherawat was wearing a skin-colored dress, which was obscene and revealing. |
