Zayed becomes red with embarrassment

When Zayed Khan failed to place choreographer Chinni Prakash while he was shooting for a dance number for Subhash Ghai’s Yuvvraaj in Filmcity, Salman Khan made him see sense.

Our close source from the sets narrates, “The end titles song was being shot few weeks back in Mumbai’s Filmcity. Choreographers Shiamak Davar and Chinni Prakash were supposed to dance along with the three male leads of the movie, Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Zayed Khan. Now this song was being choreographed by another ace choreographer, Ahmed Khan. Just before they were about to shoot this dance sequence Zayed Khan asked Ahmed who is this Chinni Prakash? How is he connected to this movie? His name sounds like an action director. Is he the fight composer of our movie?”

“Now Salman, Anil, Shiamak and Chinni himself who were just a few feet away from the two overheard this. While Salman, Anil and Shiamak couldn’t stop laughing at Zayed’s ignorance, Chinni felt embarrassed. Salman then pulled Zayed towards Chinni and introduced him to Chinni saying he is the one who has choreographed the famous Jumma Chumma (Hum) and Azeem-O-Shaan Shahenshah (Jodhaa Akbar) apart from 200 other numbers. Also what made Zayed go red with embarrassment was when Salman told him Chinni has also choreographed one number from Yuvvraaj, Mastam Mastam. Zayed then immediately apologized to the veteran dance director.” the source concludes.

Subhash Ghai confirming this happening told, “It is true that Zayad could not make out who Chinni Prakash was. But then Zayed was sweet enough to apologize. I guess it was a case of generation gap.”
