There have been lots of talks about how husband and wife couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plan to sing together.

It’s going to be an exciting incident since this is for the first time that Abhi-Ash will be using their vocal chords for a movie.

The movie, which will releases in 2009 also stars Govinda in an interesting role.

The buzz is that music maestro A R Rahman had composed a song for Mani Ratnam’s ‘Lajjo’ sometime ago.



But that movie got shelved and Rahman decided to use that same composition for ‘Ravana’.

If ‘Lajjo’ hadn’t been shelved, then in all probability Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor would have sung this particular song. But now that the composition is being used for Ravana, Abhishek and Aishwarya are likely to sing it.

Rahman has told, “Some of the songs in ‘Lajjo’ were generic, so we have translocated them into Ravana. Such things happen once in a while. No regrets. There is no time for that. Regret is boring. Mani’s new film is a new genre for me. I’ve done nothing like this before. So that’s exciting.”

Well, For Ash Abhi, This is new exciting opportunity.
