Kangana tells, “I do yoga. I never miss out on pranayam and meditation. I do all these things because I sincerely believe a person should always be energetic. If your energy level is low, you tend to feel low and depressed. It’s not about controlling weight and inches to look good. Five kgs here and there is fine. Your body cannot handle low energy and then your work suffers.”
