Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s intimate scene in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavan’ may be dropped. As the director chose to edit it because the issue is very sensitive and it may cause issue among the religious people. Mani don’t want to create any issue at the time of release by dropping the intimate session of Ash who plays a married woman and Abhi a kidnapper.



‘Raavan’ is a contemporary adaptation of great ancient epic, ‘Ramayan’. In film Ash being kidnapped by Abhi and during their stay, both falls for each other. An insider told, “There was a love-making session between Ash and Abhishek in the script but Mani decided to do away with it after realising the sensitivity of the subject.”
