The Ranbir-Katrina romance is in the air. It is learnt that Katrina, who has taken ill owing to low hemoglobin count, is being showered with bouquets from Kapoor lad.

A close source informs that the two have been exchanging calls, messages and gifts of late and Ranbir is very concerned about Katrina’s health… call it Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani!
