Call it something next to impossible, the straightforward actress Preity Zinta was spotted in the company of her ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia. The two had set aside their differences and made a public appearance for the on-going IPL (Indian Premiere League) auction.

Our source says, “It was a firecracker sight to spot Preity and Ness together. The two were seated next to each other. The once-in-love- couple was seen smiling constantly and sharing jokes.”

Besides Preity-Ness, IPL team Kolkata Knight Rider’s owner Shah Rukh Khan was represented by Jai Mehta (Juhi Chawla’s husband) and Saurav Ganguly, the other star owners of IPL teams present at the occasion were Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty with beau and partner Raj Kundra and Vijay Mallya with Anil Kuble.

It may be remembered that Preity Zinta was spotted with a young, dashing man at the recently held awards function. Gossip mills went in a tizzy churning out stories on how Preity has found new love and the fact that the two looked more than happy in each other’s company.

While the beautiful actress is still to throw light on her relationship status, a possibility of her getting back with ex-flame Ness Wadia can’t be ruled out.

Or is she putting up an act for the success of her IPL team Kings XI Punjab in the forthcoming IPL series? Only time will tell.
