Rahul Dholakia’s forthcoming movie Lamhaa is making buzz these days. The story is based on the chaos in the Kashmir valley. What actually is making news is that, there is a dialogue that apparently ridicules Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai.

In a scene, Anupam Kher who plays a Kashmiri separatist leader tells, “When Aishwarya Rai is unable to see the moon it makes news. But why don’t the media report the plight of those thousands of Kashmiri wives who haven’t seen their husbands for years?”

On the other hand, this dialogue isn’t made up. It was actually spoken by a Kashmir leader referring to the ongoing disturbances in the valley. Also, the director and the main actors were a bit nervous about the Bachchan’s reaction to this dialogue.

But, Big B responded positively to the scene. He possibly understood that the trivial news about Aishwarya was referred because the media gives more attention to Bollywood glamour rather than important news.
