Dusky beauty Deepika Padukone is reported to be doing a steamy hot item-number in the Abhishek Bachchan starring movie ‘Dum Maaro Dum’, which is directed by Rohan Sippy.

After Katrina sizzled in the hot item number Sheila Ki Jawani from ‘Tees Maar Khan’, Deepika will take on with her arch rival with a sexier item-number, Dum Maaro Dum, a super hit song from the 1971 hit ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna’, starring Dev Anand and Zeenat Aman.

The song will be remixed by Pritam and will have lyrics by Jaideep Sahni, and will be played towards the end of the movie, and is said to be crucial for the script.

“This climax song will be shot at Mehboob studio, where a jungle set will be put up and will be choreographed by Ceaser. A lot of laser will be used. It will have a hip hop-cum-rave party set-up, but Deepika won’t be seen as a hippie,” told a source.

Deepika is presently gearing up for the release of ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey’, opposite Abhishek Bachchan, which releases on December 3.
