After a long wait, ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have at last agreed to do a movie together. The movie in question will be ‘Wake Up Sid’ director Ayan Mukherjee’s next.

It seems that, Deepika was very keen on being part of the project and kept calling Ayan day in and out to cast her in the project. At last, after doing a narration, the director decided that Deepika suits the role.

Ranbir and Deepika were last seen on screen in ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ where they displayed their crackling chemistry when the two were dating. It would be exciting to see them pairing up again after their much publicized breakup.

Sometime back the industry was abuzz with reports about Anushka Sharma being cast opposite Ranbir Kapoor in this untitled movie by Ayan Mukherjee. News were also widespread that Ayan will zero in for Katrina to play the leading lady opposite Ranbir Kapoor as Ayan and Katrina were seen together at Karan Johar’s party last week.

We are waiting to hear about the official statement about the same.
