The famous actor Arshad Warsi is a fitness freak. He believes that “Running for 45 minutes everyday is must. I also see to it that I have balanced meals at regular intervals five times a day. It is not suitable to keep your stomach empty for long hours at a stretch. It’s a different thing if you are on a fast. Also I feel that you must run for 45 minutes every day to keep yourself healthy and fit. Most importantly it does not cost you anything to do that,” recommends Arshad.
