A mysterious creature in RGV’s new flick Agyaat

Ram Gopal Varma’s horror movie Agyaat is all set to hit the theatres in July. The intriguing promos of the movie that were unleashed along with Delhi-6 have created a sufficient buzz about the film. The mysterious creature responsible for mayhem and disappearance of character in the movie has smartly been avoided showing in the promo. But if this industry insider we encountered is to be believed then we can claim to have found out what this creature really is!

A close source reveals, “RGV’s Agyaat promo shows its characters being dragged into the darkness and killed by some mysterious forces deep inside a jungle. One by one, everyone starts disappearing, and the remaining ones are scared to death. Now this so called ‘mysterious force’ is actually a reptile in the form of a python that is devouring the members of the film unit. Actually, if you watch the promo closely, you will notice that the creature drags them inside, stays close to the ground and has shaky vision, reminiscent to what we have seen in snake flicks like Anaconda, which shows how the snake sees or perceives humans.”

Agyaat has been shot in the jungles of Sri Lanka under thorny conditions. The only known face in the film is RGV’s old muse making a comeback with him, Nisha Kothari and Ravi Kale well-known for his role as Chander in Sarkar and Sarkar Raj. Telugu star Nitin Reddy is making his Bollywood debut with this film. RGV’s had earlier claimed this film as a tribute to internationally renowned horror films like The Thing, Alien and The Blair Witch Project.
