In his latest movie, Love Khichdi, actor Randeep Hooda plays a man who loves to woo the women around him. Randeep feels uncomfortable to have wooed Sonali Kulkarni who has played a bai (maid) in the movie, which strongly reminds him of the recent Shiney Ahuja case!



Actor Shiney Ahuja, who is still in police custody, is accused of raping his maid on June 15.

Randeep Hooda says, “My character is not entirely based on Shiney’s real-life issue, but it does remind you of the whole incident when I try to woo my maid played by Sonali Kulkarni. But here is a twist, the reel-life maid Sonali is a string girl who doesn’t take any gibberish from anyone.”

He includes, “If you ask me about my real-life, most of the times it is the other way round. Without sounding boastful, I am used to women attention in real-life.”

The movie Love Khichdi is about a bachelor from a small-town working as a Sous-chef in a five star hotel in Mumbai; who flirts with, yeans for, lusts after and is intimidated by one beautiful woman after another. The movie is scheduled to release on August 28.
