Her portrayal of a sex worker in ‘Chameli’ won her rave reviews as did ‘Dev’and ‘Omkara’. Her movie ‘Jab We Met’ was much appreciated.

At present she is dating Saif Ali Khan. she turned 29 on 21st September.
