The latest murmur doing the rounds is that after Hrithik Roshan wraps up Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish, he will get engrossed with Krrish-2.

Rakesh Roshan plans to start filmng the sequel to Krrish by September 2010. Heartthrob Hrithik will again be in the shoes of a superhero for Krrish 2. As far as the question goes of who would step into the leading lady’s role, we hear that Deepika Padukone is being considered for the desirable role. Though no official announcement has been made about the leading lady for Krrish 2, we hear the Deepika is close to signing on the dotted line.

Deepika was recently in news for bagging the lead role opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Ashutosh Gowariker’s film ‘Khelen Hum Jee Jaan Se’.

Must say, post breakup with Ranbir, Deepika darling is sure going places. She is getting some of the most important projects in her kitty.
