Lara Dutta was operated recently. A few days back, she admitted herself into Lilavati where she got her kidney stone removed.
 


Lara was in immense pain last week and wanted to get rid of the stone as soon as possible. 

A close source discloses, "Lara has been complaining of pain for quite some time. She has been dutifully working out and ever since the pain; she had to cut down on that. However, once it got too uncomfortable, she decided to check in and get the stone removed."
 
The doctors advised her not to strain herself and rest before she starts work again.
