Ever heard of an actor playing a character in one movie and then playing the same character in another film?

Well, Ranvir Shorey is all set to do that in PNC and PPC's romantic comedy Raat Gayi Baat Gayi being directed by Saurabh Shukla. Ranvir had played the character of an incorrigible fibber Gagan good at cooking stories in the movie 'I am 24', also directed by Saurabh Shukla and starring Rajat Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and Manjari Phadnis.

Ranvir was quite keen on being a part of Raat Gayi Baat Gayi too, so he landed himself a cameo of the same character Gagan in RGBG too. So, Ranvir wouldn't have to rehearse too much and Saurabh wouldn't have to brief him about the character. Both their jobs will be easier.
