Co-owner Shah Rukh Khan has scripted ‘Miles to go... Promises to keep' as the new motto for the Kolkata Knight Riders' for the third season.



He has been very low profile in the third season. First, he stayed away from the opening ceremony and the game and now, the internal post-win celebrations have been low-key as he is looking at every victory as a means to an end and not an end in itself.

 “No cake was cut in the dressing room. In fact, Shah Rukh spent only a few minutes, said things generally and shook hands with a few. He's not getting carried away and wouldn't like the team to get carried away either,” told a close source.

“The tournament has just begun and Shah Rukh would like this momentum – driven by two victories in as many matches to first be taken forward. A dozen league matches remain,” he includes.
