The Bombay High Court has ordered attachment of two properties of actor Sanjay Dutt, over a financial dispute with movie producer Shakeel Noorani.

The Bombay High Court’s decision comes after an arbitration award passed by the Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA) in January 2010 favoring Shakeel Noorani.
Noorani's lawyer Ashok Saraogi informed that Shakeel paid Sanjay Dutt a signing amount of Rs. 50 lakh for a movie titled ‘Jaan Ki Baazi’. Sanjay Dutt didn’t complete the shooting for the movie.
"It was only in 2008 that Dutt finally told Noorani that he will not be completing the movie, causing financial losses to Noorani, who has now claimed Rs.3.28 crore from Dutt,” the lawyer told.
