November 10th see’s the World Domination Tour come to the UK! One of the funniest cultural acts in the world returns to UK shores by popular demand. The three comedians who are better known to many as “Allah Made Me Funny” collectively perform their new comedy sets in Manchester & Glasgow and a one off performance at London’s O2 Indigo on November 11th .
Allah Made Me Funny has toured over 30 countries in the world and now the longest artistic collective of Muslim comic performers on the planet. Founded in 2003 and began as the brainchild of Preacher Moss (whom the Seattle Times called “A new Dick Gregory”) owing to his artistry, wit and insight into his cultures from aroun d the world.
In 2004, Preach began working with Azhar Usman, then a young comedian with only a few years in comedy under his belt. Though he was just and up-and-coming, Azhar had already shown signs of promise and vision by helping pioneer an alternative comedy circuit routine. A former attorney and dotcom entrepreneur, Azhar cut his teeth learning stand-up before some of the most difficult audiences at ethnic and religious events across the USA.
In 2006, the final part of the comedy jigsaw came along when another comedian entered the mix: Mohammed Amer from Texas! Mo was already a young (aged 15) headliner in the deep South, regularly appearing at clubs and alternative comedy rooms and even performing for American troops on international tours
